Eric Wilensky

Eric Wilensky is the founder and principal owner of Victori Group, LLC. Eric’s vision with Victori Group is to invest in companies that will create efficiencies and cost savings within the healthcare supply chain network.


Prior to starting Victori Group, Eric was Vice President of Centurion Service Group for 17 years. He was responsible for medical facility bankruptcies, closures, relocations, and distressed assets. As an equity owner, Eric negotiated and was responsible for over 200 hospital liquidations with sales totaling over 100 million dollars.  


Eric earned a B.S. in Business Marketing from Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Eric is an auctioneer and also a Certified Appraiser with licenses from the American Society of Appraisals and Certified Appraisers Guild of America.  

Randy Heller

Randy oversees the retail sales team and sales operations. He is also responsible for driving sales goals and maintaining the company’s corporate accounts. Randy is constantly working with national accounts by creating sales programs to drive compliance for our valued clients.  

 

Randy has over 40 years of sales experience, has been in medical device sales for over 18 years, and has been Vice President for more than five years. He has helped create partnerships with McKesson, Concordance Health, and countless other major health systems while helping elevate the company to a nationally credible preferred vendor for refurbished medical devices. 

 

Randy is a loving husband, father of two, avid golfer, and a sports and movie fanatic.

Monte Montain began his career in 1998 as a Biomedical Technician. With a strong foundation, he quickly rose, taking on leadership roles within the industry. Through effective team management and strategic sales initiatives, he consistently exceeded targets and forged strong customer relationships.


Currently, as the Vice President of Sales at Victori Medical, he utilizes his extensive expertise to drive revenue growth, enhance customer engagement, and solidify the company’s position as a trusted provider of medical products. Monte's innate ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships has been a cornerstone of his success. He understands the importance of listening to our client's needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and delivering value beyond their expectations.

Sam Weiner

In addition to his responsibilities at Victori Medical, Samuel has a unique set of interests and skills that extend beyond the healthcare industry. He has established a thriving business within the film industry, specializing in film prop rentals. Sam's expertise in sourcing and providing unique and authentic props has made him a go-to resource for filmmakers and production companies seeking the perfect items to enhance their productions.

 

As a licensed attorney, Sam also offers legal counsel in his areas of expertise. With a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, sales contracts, and intellectual property rights, he provides valuable legal advice and guidance to both Victori Medical and clients in the film industry. His extensive knowledge in these areas ensures compliance and protects the interests of all parties involved.

 

When Sam is not at work, he’s busy trying to keep up with his three children.

Josh Yablon

Regional Sales Executive- South Region

Josh Yablon joined Victori Medical in September 2010, working as a Regional Sales Manager, where he was in charge of managing relationships with existing clients and establishing new accounts. This experience provided him with valuable insights and expertise in the medical industry.

 

Since then, Josh has been promoted to Vice President of Sales, where he is responsible for overseeing the sales and acquisitions of surgical equipment. He understands the importance of forging meaningful connections, not only with existing clients but also with new accounts. By fostering these relationships, Josh ensures that Victori Medical not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our clients.

Lee Godinez

Lee Godinez is a highly experienced professional with an impressive 25-year career in the biomedical field, specializing in endoscopy and component-level medical technologies at Victori Medical. In addition to his expertise in endoscopy, Lee has a broad understanding of a wide spectrum of biomedical equipment and the customer service field. He also has excelled as a skilled biomedical technician.

 

Lee likes spending time outside on the beach and driving his Jeep. Lee also serves as a pastor at a church in Northern Illinois, has three adult children, and is expecting his second grandchild soon.

Cheryl Gress

Director of Information Technology

Cheryl joined Victori Medical in 2017 and has been an integral part of the team ever since. She played a pivotal role in the success of the Victory Medical e-commerce website and continues to oversee its maintenance. Additionally, Cheryl manages our social media presence and handles our advertising efforts, contributing to the company's overall online presence and brand promotion. When Cheryl is not in front of a computer, you may find her tending to bees and chickens or riding around on her e-bike. She runs a game review website with her husband and is a mother of three teenagers. 

Gisselle Tellez

Service Coordinator

Gisselle joined the Victori Medical family in 2021 after graduating from Ripon College, where she studied finance, economics, and Spanish. As the service coordinator, Gisselle is an intermediary between the customers and the biomed technicians. She works closely with the service director and collaborates with all the departments of Victori Medical to optimize production and customer satisfaction.

In 2023, Eric Wilensky (owner of Victori Group), a leading figure in the used medical equipment industry, acquired the assets of The Alternative Source Medical, which was rebranded as Victori Medical. In addition, Victori Group has expanded its services by investing in Tab Auctions, an additional division that offers liquidation services and inventory management.

Do you offer a warranty?


We offer a 90-day warranty on refurbished products with an option to extend it to a year. New items have varying warranties determined by their manufacturer.

Do you accept Medicare/Medicaid?


We do not work with, nor bill to, insurance companies. We sell direct to customers and accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

When can I expect to receive my order?


Next to the product description, we list the estimated lead time for orders to be processed. Typically:
 
New items ship directly from the manufacturer. The estimated delivery times are based on the current inventory available and any made-to-order items. Many items ship in 1-3 days, while others may take 2-6 weeks. We are happy to check with the manufacturer for updated lead times.
For refurbished items, the refurbishment process begins as soon as an order is received. The lead time is typically 3-4 weeks but can vary based on the items and quantity ordered.


We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Any orders placed after hours/over the weekend will begin processing the next business day.
